 Meet Jessica
Originally
a native of South Dakota, Jessica has been a Denver fixture for 16 years. For the past decade she has been investing in and remodeling properties in downtown Denver and surrounding areas, including the historic Highlands neighborhood, Sloan’s Lake, Washington Park and recently sold her loft in the Flour Mill Lofts located in LoDo's Central Platte Valley. Hammer and saw in hand, Jessica is intimately involved with every detail of every project.
Following a degree in Textiles and Merchandising, Jessica began her professional career in sales and merchandising of high-end ladies apparel. She played an integral part in bringing the Descente Ski Company's production from Japan into the United Stated and traveled extensively in the Pacific Rim during the process.
“My background and hands-on work in construction, interior design, and communication with people of all different expectations, gives me valuable skills in working with both buyers and sellers and understanding their needs.” Jessica has been involved in over $96 million in closed sales since she began her career in real estate in 2002, working with both buyers and sellers.
She has well rounded experience throughout the Denver area and has worked extensively in areas from Golden to Stapleton, LoDo and Cherry Creek to Greenwood Village.
